Swordfish

This is a really easy fish to cook!  and quite tasty,too!

Just sear fish in a hot skillet in some olive oil for about 4 minutes per side.  Then finish in a 350 degree oven until flaky (mine took around 15 minutes).  It doesn’t get much easier than that!!

    I love marinating mine in lemon juice, garlic with a dash of olive oil. It tastes so good.
