Paleo Spinach Sliders

These turned out moist and yummy!  The best part was eating them the next morning with my eggs! yum!! (see pics below) This modified recipe came from


  • 5-6 ounces of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • coconut oil for frying
  • marinara sauce

Saute veggies in oil until soft.  Place all other ingredients (except oil and sauce) in bowl and mix with hands then add veggies.  Continue to mix with hands and form into small patties.  Cook in oil for 3-4 minutes per side or until brown.  Enjoy with a side of sauce.
